摘要(Abstract)：

本文提出了高师体育系在目前以重视外部条件为主的体育教学改革模式转向以内部条件为主的教学改革转移的重要性 ,同时阐述了如何加强以内部条件为主的教学改革内容 .
In this essay,the auther presents the impertance of the reform in education taken in physical education department in institutions of higher teacher education,which is trans fering from the old model of educational reform that is characterized by the emphasis on exterior conditions to the model that is characterized by the emphasis on interior factors.At the same time,he states the content of educational reform on which mainly emphasizes on how to strengthen interior factors.
