摘要(Abstract)：

本文利用统计学中的主成分分析法 ,定量地研究了中国国债发行对财政经济的影响 ,得出了一些有益的结论 ,希望能对政府的债务规模管理提供参考
The government bondissuing scale is increasing rapidly in China since it's opening to the outside world,it's impacts on finance economy is getting more and more important.So ,How to decide an optimal size of our debts is an intercsting and critical problem fo us to study,which has already caused a hot discussion in the theoretical field.using a statistical analysis method-PCA (principal Component Analysis )and the datum published by our government in this paper,we have quantitatively analyzed the influence on finance economy from government bonds lssuing.
