滏阳河(邯郸段)浮游植物群落时空变化特征及其与环境因子关系

摘要(Abstract):

为了解滏阳河(邯郸段)浮游植物群落时空变化特征及其与水环境因子的关系,对其干流14个样点的浮游植物和水环境特征进行综合分析.结果表明该区域浮游植物种类均以绿藻门为主,其次为硅藻门和蓝藻门,优势种均有束丝藻.平均多样性指数为2.44,属于β-中污染;群落结构总体上受光照、温度、硝酸盐和水动力条件的限制.与浮游植物群落相关性最高的水环境因子分别为COD_(Mn),NO-_2和TOC.
In order to study the spatial and temporal variations of phytoplankton community and its relationship with water environment factors in Fuyang River(Hantan section), the phytoplankton and water environmental factors at 14 sites of Fuyang River(Handan section) were investigated. The results showed that the main species of phytoplankton in the four seasons are Chlorophyta, followed by Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta. Aphanizomenon was the dominant species. The average diversity index is 2.44, belonging to β-medium pollution, and the community structures are generally limited by illumination, nitrate, temperature and hydrodynamics conditions.
